Our Process
We wholeheartedly believe that your wedding vendors should be a good fit with you and your vision. As artists, we have a unique style and vision that we have worked hard to craft, and we love working with couples who resonate with our work. We recommend having a look at our portfolio of past work and our instagram feed to get a sense of our style. We can create anything you can dream up— but it’s always best to find vendors whose work you absolutely love as a starting point. If you think we’re a good fit for your event, let’s get the ball rolling!
We begin our process with an initial consultation (usually over video or phone call) to chat more about your vision for the day. This first consultation is complimentary and there is no pressure to book. We can get to know one another and discuss all the different parts of your event that you’re wanting florals for. After our initial consultation, we will provide you with an itemized quote and a moodboard based on our conversation.
From there, you can decide if you think we’re a good fit for your event and if you’re comfortable with the pricing investment. We are fully transparent about all costs at this point, so there are no surprises after the booking. If you decide to book with us, we take a retainer payment to secure the booking, and then we get to work on a full design proposal for you. This design proposal document will include exact flower types, a refined colour palette, photos and digital mock-ups of the proposed designs and descriptions of each arrangement. We will meet for a second consultation (usually in person but also offered over video call), where we’ll present the design proposal document to you and we can pour over all the beautiful details together. The document will be yours to take home and you can flip through it as your big day approaches and get excited about your florals.
